Hi, I’m Sharon Melton, serving the Seaside and surrounding beaches of Saint Augustine and Palm Coast, along Florida’s First Coast. Being The Original Realtor® during the beginnings of Beach Haven, gives me a unique understanding of the local market and community life. I still proudly call Beach Haven my home today and am grateful for the neighbors and community we have built here along the Seaside, nestled just past the Matanzas Inlet near Marineland, just inside the community of Palm Coast.

Let’s cut through the hype you may be seeing in regards to the Internet marketing concerning real estate. Sure, every agent worth their salt has a website. I have done my best in presenting my seller listings to showcase them to their greatest potential. My team is really good at all of that Search Engine Optimization, stuff. That’s the stuff I do on my site to get as high in search engine results as possible to get the most in search engine visitor traffic.
However, hyping up this SEO and site traffic is really ignoring the reality of the Internet and any single website’s visibility; unless you’re Yahoo or Google. Each of those sites to which I syndicate your listing will have links back to the original and complete listing at my website.
